Old fashioned flavourful broccoli spears. Try these steamed or stir-fried! We have mostly purple with some green ones this year, so expect purple or a mix.

Use these just like collards or cabbage- steam them, use them for cabbage wraps, or make veggie slaw.

Before you decide that you hate brussels sprouts, try steaming them just until they are a bit soft (not mushy), sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve with cheese sauce. (Easy cheese sauce- melt some Cheez Whiz in the microwave). Brussels sprouts are also good roasted, made into cole slaw, or sliced and fried.

A sweet and tasty squash. Excellent roasted or in soup.

This ugly but tasty root has a flavour somewhere between celery and parsley. Use it in soups, as a roasted veggie, or in salads.

A beautiful, dark leafed celery. This type is grown for the leaves, rather than the stalk. It has a stronger, sweeter flavour than regular celery and is excellent in soups and salads. Looks just like Italian parsley.

Small flat onions, perfect for roasting or grilling! They are sweeter than regular onions, but not quite as sweet as shallots. Product of Ontario

A unique, white skinned cucumber variety very similar in flavour and shape to our green cucumbers.

Tasty cucs from our hoophouse. These are not seedless, but do have excellent flavour.
