Excellent fried with salt and garlic, steamed, or use them just like spinach. Beet tops have a milder flavour than chard, but are still packed with nutrients!

Grown just outside Wallenstein, Ontario. These are from storage, so have no tops.

Won’t turn your fingers or pots purple! Some people find golden beets sweeter than the purple ones.
