Super-Jumbo Stuffing Zucchini (ea)

These giants are excellent for stuffing!  Just slice them in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and fill with your favourite fillings.  Bake until tender.  These guys are so big, you'll probably have to cut them in half both ways!
